Job Description:
Great Deals E-commerce Corporation is looking for a dedicated and resourceful Client Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As an Associate Level professional with at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries, concerns, and feedback -Research and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other team members to develop strategies for enhancing the client experience - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues - Assist in training new team members and providing ongoing support and guidance - Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives - Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong research and analytical skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs - Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
