Client Service Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

MetroMart, a leading online grocery delivery service, is seeking a part-time Client Service Representative to work from home in Quezon City, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Proactively identify and address client needs to ensure satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall service delivery - Stay updated on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to clients - Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics set by the company

Requirements: - Resourceful and hardworking individual with excellent communication skills - Ability to research and problem-solve independently with attention to detail - Proven experience in a customer service role or similar field - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant tools - High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred - Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
