Client Service Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Avion School is seeking a motivated and experienced Client Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home. As a leading tech education company in Makati, NCR, we are looking for a candidate who is adaptable and confident in handling client inquiries and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong critical thinking and planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about our programs, services, and policies to clients - Assist clients with account management, billing questions, and technical support - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate complex cases as needed - Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback for improvement - Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in client services

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client service role - Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Proficiency in using CRM systems and online communication tools - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
