Job Description:
ABS-CBN Corporation is seeking a reliable and independent Client Service Representative to join our team. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH, at the Associate Level with a requirement of at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met. 3. Assist clients with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. 4. Collaborate with internal departments to address client concerns and provide timely solutions. 5. Utilize negotiation and decision-making skills to find win-win solutions for both clients and the company. 6. Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. 7. Meet and exceed performance targets for client satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates.
Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in a client service or customer support role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. 5. Proficient in using CRM systems and other customer service tools. 6. Prior experience in a work-from-home environment is preferred. 7. Personality traits: reliable, independent. 8. Soft skills: negotiation, decision-making.
