Job Description:


Zalora Philippines is seeking a dedicated and confident Client Service Representative to work from home in Pasig, NCR, Philippines. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat. This part-time position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service roles.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing assistance with orders, returns, and exchanges. 3. Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution. 5. Meet or exceed performance goals related to response times, customer satisfaction, and quality of service.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service roles. 2. Excellent communication skills in English. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 5. Proficiency with computer systems and software applications. 6. Experience working remotely or in a virtual environment is a plus.
