Job Description - Client Service Representative - Work from home

Job Description:


Cebu Pacific Air is seeking a motivated and confident Client Service Representative to work from home in Pasig, NCR, PH. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of client service experience.


Responsibilities: - Responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Addressing and resolving client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely manner - Processing client orders, changes, and returns accurately - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborating with other departments to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience - Keeping detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Actively seeking opportunities to enhance client service processes and procedures


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - 3+ years of experience in client service or related field - Confident and motivated individual with strong communication skills - Ability to effectively manage relationships with clients and colleagues - Innovative thinker who can suggest and implement improvements to client service processes - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on their feet in fast-paced environments
