Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

Bench is seeking a motivated and adaptable Client Service Specialist to join our team in Manila, NCR, PH on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience who possess strong critical thinking and people management skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat - Maintain a positive and professional attitude when working with clients to resolve issues and answer inquiries - Manage client accounts to ensure accuracy and timely updates - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns promptly - Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention

Requirements: - 1+ years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Motivated and adaptable personality traits - Experience with people management is a plus
