Job Description: Phoenix Petroleum Philippines is seeking a motivated and dedicated Client Service Specialist to join our team in Manila, NCR, PH. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by developing strong relationships with clients and understanding their individual needs - Process client orders, track shipments, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services - Resolve client issues and complaints promptly, escalating as needed to ensure a satisfactory resolution - Keep accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and communications using our CRM system - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide clients with relevant information and recommendations - Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance job knowledge and skills
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Hardworking and resourceful with a proactive and positive attitude - Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with clients' needs and concerns - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively - Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
