Client Service Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and confident Client Service Specialist to join our team at AQWIRE in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level professional with at least 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services - Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and provide solutions - Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase our services and address any questions or concerns - Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our services - Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates on their status - Track and report on client satisfaction and retention rates to management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Strong communication and presentation skills - Leadership capabilities to guide and motivate team members - At least 3 years of experience in client service or a related role - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
