Remote Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

Penshoppe is seeking a Remote Client Service Specialist to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. This part-time, entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are motivated, dedicated, and looking to gain experience in client service in a remote setting.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat channels. 2. Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and product information. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner. 4. Resolve client issues and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless client experience. 6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the company's database. 7. Utilize negotiation skills to address client needs and ensure positive outcomes. 8. Think creatively to find solutions that meet client expectations.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and ability to actively listen to client needs. 2. Motivated and dedicated to providing exceptional service to clients. 3. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. 4. Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. 5. Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required. 6. Experience in a retail or e-commerce environment is a plus. 7. Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic industry.
