Job Description - Remote Client Service Specialist

Job description:


MetroMart is seeking a Remote Client Service Specialist to join our growing team. As a part-time associate-level position, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients while working remotely from Pasig, NCR, PH.


Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and resolve any issues that may arise - Manage client accounts and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date - Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and timely resolution of any client concerns - Work with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet or exceed their expectations - Handle client inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Maintain a positive and proactive approach to client relations - Meet and exceed performance metrics related to client satisfaction and resolution time


Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role - Hardworking and motivated individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent people management and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
