Remote Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

Converge ICT Solutions Inc. is seeking a Remote Client Service Specialist to join our dynamic team in Manila, NCR, Philippines. As an Associate Level position, the Remote Client Service Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through virtual channels. This part-time role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or client support role.

Responsibilities: - Handle client inquiries and concerns through various virtual communication channels such as email, chat, and phone - Ensure timely and accurate resolution of client issues by collaborating with internal teams - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients - Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system - Provide feedback to management on client trends, issues, and suggestions for improvement - Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new clients and provide ongoing support

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - Resilient and resourceful mindset to handle challenging client situations - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively - Excellent negotiation skills to address client concerns and reach satisfactory resolutions - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Willingness to adapt to new technologies and processes
