Job Description - Client Service Specialist

Job Description:


ZipMatch is seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in client service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be reliable and independent, with strong communication and adaptability skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. 2. Assist clients with account setup and troubleshooting. 3. Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth client onboarding. 4. Provide excellent service to clients by resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with other team members to improve overall client experience. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better assist clients.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. 2+ years of experience in client service or a similar role. 3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Knowledge of real estate industry is a plus.
