Client Service Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Tanduay Distillers, Inc. is seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our team in Manila, NCR. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role. The Client Service Specialist will work remotely from home, providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide resolutions - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively - Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience - Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives - Represent the company in a professional and friendly manner at all times

Requirements: - Hardworking and independent individual who can thrive in a remote work environment - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
