Job Description:
Jollibee Foods Corporation is seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our team. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from home, providing flexibility and convenience. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring their needs are met.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage client inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels. 2. Maintain accurate client records and ensure all client information is up to date. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to address client issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. 4. Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to improve service quality. 5. Assist in the development of client service strategies and initiatives to enhance overall customer experience. 6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients. 7. Collaborate with team members to meet client service goals and objectives.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Resilient and dedicated attitude towards providing excellent client service. 4. Ability to effectively present information and respond to client inquiries. 5. Demonstrated innovation in problem-solving and finding creative solutions. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
