Remote Client Support Assistant

Job Description: Sprout Solutions is seeking a motivated and passionate Remote Client Support Assistant to join our dynamic team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Entry Level position, the Remote Client Support Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients remotely.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues and provide solutions - Update client information in the database accurately - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
