Job Description - Client Support Assistant

Job Description:


Shopee Philippines is seeking a Client Support Assistant to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas. As a Client Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and professional manner. 2. Assist clients with product information, order tracking, and issue resolution. 3. Conduct research to address client concerns and provide accurate information. 4. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards clients at all times. 5. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction. 7. Meet and exceed customer service targets and goals.


Requirements: 1. Motivated and passionate about providing excellent customer service. 2. Strong persuasion skills to handle client inquiries and resolve issues effectively. 3. Ability to conduct thorough research to address client concerns. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 6.
