Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Remote Client Support Assistant to join our team at Cebu Pacific Air. As a leading airline in the Philippines, we are committed to providing excellent customer service to our clients, and we need a talented individual to assist us in achieving this goal. This role is part-time and requires someone with at least 3 years of experience at the Associate Level.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote support to clients via phone, email, or chat, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist clients with booking and managing their flights, making changes to their reservations, and handling any issues that may arise. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve any complex problems efficiently. 4. Utilize creative problem-solving skills to find solutions to unique customer needs and exceed expectations. 5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.
Requirements: 1. Must be hardworking and energetic, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with clients professionally. 3. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently. 4. At least 3 years of experience in a customer support role at the Associate Level. 5. Creativity and resourcefulness in finding solutions to customer inquiries and issues.
