Job Description - Client Support Assistant

Job Description:


KMC Solutions is seeking a Client Support Assistant to join our team in Pasig, NCR, PH on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong ability to adapt to various situations.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional support to clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner - Assist with resolving client inquiries and concerns, escalating issues as needed - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and improve overall service delivery - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up activities - Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to better support clients


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 4+ years of experience in client support or a similar role - Strong presentation skills and ability to convey information clearly and concisely - Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Driven to exceed client expectations and deliver exceptional service - Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy and understanding - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively
