Job Description - Client Support Assistant

Job Description:


Plentina, a leading fintech company based in Taguig, NCR, PH, is seeking a Client Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are energetic, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow in the fintech industry.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with account-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses to client inquiries - Maintain detailed records of client interactions and resolutions in our CRM system - Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience - Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed


Requirements: - Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems is a plus - Time management skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities - Creative thinking and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
