Job Description - Client Support Assistant

Job Description:


BeautyMNL, a leading beauty e-commerce platform based in Quezon City, NCR, is seeking a Client Support Assistant to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are confident, reliable, and looking to kickstart their career in the beauty industry.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via email, chat, and phone to assist clients with their inquiries, concerns, and feedback. 2. Assist with order processing, including tracking shipments, handling returns, and issuing refunds when necessary. 3. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate resolution of client issues. 4. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements. 5. Work closely with the marketing team to promote special promotions, sales, and new product launches to clients. 6. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer client questions and provide personalized recommendations. 7. Assist with other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Client Support Manager.


Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. 2. Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 3. Strong analytical skills to effectively assess client needs and provide appropriate solutions. 4. Confidence to interact with clients in a professional and friendly manner. 5. Reliable and able to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members.
