Client Support Assistant

Job Description:

Century Pacific Food, Inc. is looking for a part-time Client Support Assistant to join our team in Davao City, PH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in client support roles.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Assist clients with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner. 3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our database. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly. 5. Conduct market analysis to identify client needs and trends. 6. Assist in developing strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention. 7. Provide leadership and guidance to junior client support staff.

Requirements: 1. Energetic personality with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 2. Resourceful and proactive in finding solutions to client issues. 3. Strong analytical skills to gather and interpret data for decision-making. 4. Leadership skills to guide and support team members. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
