Job Description - Client Support Assistant

Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Client Support Assistant to join our team at Lazada Philippines in Taguig, NCR. As a Client Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and professional support to clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Address client inquiries, issues, and concerns effectively and efficiently. 3. Manage client accounts and ensure accurate and up-to-date information. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve processes. 5. Assist clients with product recommendations, orders, and returns. 6. Create and maintain detailed client records and documentation. 7. Monitor client feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement.


Requirements: 1. Hardworking and independent with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Creativity and project management skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Experience in e-commerce or customer support is a plus.
