Job Description - Client Support Assistant

Homebase is seeking a resourceful and motivated Client Support Assistant to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients via email, phone, and chat - Assist clients with product inquiries, issues, and troubleshooting - Collect and analyze client feedback to improve our services - Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to ensure client satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM system - Support clients with onboarding and training on our products


Requirements: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience in a customer service or support role is a plus


Personality traits: - Resourceful: able to think creatively to solve problems - Motivated: eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment


Soft skills: - Teamwork: able to collaborate effectively with colleagues - Attention to detail: ensure accuracy and quality in all tasks
