Remote Client Support Assistant

Job Description: Ayala Land is seeking a dedicated and energetic Remote Client Support Assistant to join our team in Pasig, NCR, PH. This is a part-time entry-level position with no years of experience required. As a Remote Client Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner 2. Assisting clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and general support 3. Managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction 4. Resolving client issues and escalating to the appropriate team members when needed 5. Collaborating with other team members to improve processes and exceed client expectations 6. Contributing to overall team goals and objectives

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills 2. Strong problem-solving abilities 3. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively 4. Comfortable working in a remote environment 5. Proficient in using basic computer applications 6. Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required
