Penshoppe, a leading fashion retailer, is seeking a Client Support Assistant to work remotely from home. As a Client Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have. You will also be responsible for conducting research, managing projects, and supporting the overall success of our client support team.

Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner - Resolving client issues or concerns effectively and efficiently - Conducting research to gather information and assist clients with their needs - Assisting with project management tasks to ensure client satisfaction - Collaborating with other team members to provide a seamless client experience - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times - Continuously seeking opportunities for improvement in client support processes

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Motivated and passionate about providing top-notch client support - Strong project management skills - Excellent research abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - High-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace at home
