Client Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Resellee is looking for a Client Support Assistant to work from home in Cebu, Central Visayas, PHP. This is a part-time, entry-level position with no prior experience required. As a Client Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Responsibilities: -Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner -Identify and assess clients' needs to provide effective solutions -Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution -Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our database -Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the client support team -Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements: -Personality traits: reliable, independent -Soft skills: leadership, problem-solving -Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal -Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software -High school diploma or equivalent
