Client Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

BeautyMNL, a leading online beauty and wellness retailer based in Quezon City, PH, is currently seeking a Client Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home, providing support to our valued customers and ensuring their needs are met in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone, providing accurate and helpful information - Process orders, returns, and exchanges swiftly and efficiently - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, demonstrating empathy and understanding - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service experiences - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to better assist customers

Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Independent and self-motivated, able to work effectively in a remote setting - Excellent planning and problem-solving abilities - Proficient in using various communication tools and platforms - High school diploma or equivalent required - Must have a reliable internet connection and suitable workspace at home
