Remote Client Support Associate

Job Description:

Machine Ventures is seeking a Remote Client Support Associate to join our team in Davao City, Philippines. This part-time, entry-level position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues and navigating our platform - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for improvement in our client support process - Meet and exceed performance goals related to client satisfaction and issue resolution

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members - Independent and hardworking with the ability to work remotely and manage time effectively - People management skills with the ability to persuade clients and resolve conflicts - Proficiency in using customer support software and Microsoft Office tools - High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
