Remote Client Support Associate

Job Description:

PearlPay is seeking a motivated and independent Remote Client Support Associate to join our team in Makati, Philippines. As an Entry Level Remote Client Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels. This is a part-time position with the opportunity for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner - Educate clients on how to use our products and services effectively - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive client experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Innovation and critical thinking skills - Comfortable working remotely and using technology to communicate with clients - High school diploma or equivalent - No previous experience required, training will be provided
