Remote Client Support Associate

Job Description:

mClinica is seeking a Remote Client Support Associate to join our team in Parañaque, NCR. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are driven, adaptable, detail-oriented, and possess strong critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to clients through various communication channels such as email, phone, or chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution to clients - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth operations - Document client interactions and maintain accurate records - Assist in training clients on how to use our products and services - Stay updated on product features and industry trends to provide informed support

Requirements: - Ability to work remotely and independently - Excellent communication skills in English - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and high-pressure situations - Basic knowledge of computer systems and software - No prior experience required, as training will be provided
