Job Description - Client Support Associate

Job Description:


Humble Sustainability is seeking a Client Support Associate to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role and possess a high level of confidence and resourcefulness. As a Client Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting with their inquiries and concerns.


Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person to address their needs and provide solutions to any issues they may be experiencing - Assist clients with product inquiries, orders, and other related tasks - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Work closely with the sales team to upsell products and services to existing clients - Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the overall growth of the company


Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a customer service or client support role - Excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Confidence and resourcefulness when dealing with challenging situations - Knowledge of sustainability practices and/or environmental issues is a plus
