Client Support Associate

Job Description:

ZipMatch is seeking a motivated and confident Client Support Associate to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, the Client Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and maintaining positive relationships with them. This is a part-time position with a requirement of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction - Assist clients with navigating our platform, providing guidance and troubleshooting as needed - Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and improve overall customer experience - Keep detailed records of client interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues - Provide feedback from clients to internal teams to help improve products and services
