Job Description - Client Support Associate

Job Description: Advance, a leading company in Makati, NCR, PH, is seeking a dynamic and energetic Client Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or related fields.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Analyze client feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Assist with onboarding new clients and providing training on company products and services - Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices


Requirements: - Energetic and driven personality - Strong analytical and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience in a customer service or client support role - Knowledge of financial services industry is a plus
