Client Support Associate

Revolution Precrafted is seeking a part-time Client Support Associate to join our team in Davao City, Philippines. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are hardworking, resourceful, possess emotional intelligence, and are innovative.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Manage client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Maintain a strong knowledge of company products and services - Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute ideas to enhance the customer experience - Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
