Client Support Associate

Job Description:

Ayala Corporation is seeking a dedicated and confident Client Support Associate to join our team in Davao City, Davao, PH. As an Associate Level position, the Client Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing solutions - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve client issues - Utilize company systems and tools to document client interactions and track progress - Communicate proactively with clients to provide updates and ensure their needs are met - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing clients - Conduct client satisfaction surveys and gather feedback to improve service delivery - Assist in the training and onboarding of new clients as needed

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or client support role - Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
