Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Client Support Associate to join our team at ABS-CBN Corporation in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be driven, independent, possess critical thinking skills, and have impeccable attention to detail.
Responsibilities: - Assist clients with any questions or concerns they may have regarding our products or services - Provide excellent customer service through email, phone, and in-person interactions - Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions - Identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling products to clients - Collaborate with internal teams to address any issues or challenges faced by clients - Provide feedback to management on ways to improve the client experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client support role - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach - Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment
