Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and adaptable Client Support Associate to join our team at SariSuki in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As part of our growing company, the Client Support Associate will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service to our clients. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Manage client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues effectively - Assist in developing and maintaining client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Conduct strategic planning to identify opportunities for improving client support processes and services - Maintain client records and documentation accurately and confidentially - Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company products and services - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred - Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with clients in a professional manner - Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving client issues - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Hardworking and able to work independently as well as part of a team - Adaptable to changes and open to learning new skills - Knowledge of strategic planning principles is an asset
