Job Description - Client Support Associate

Job Description:


Coins.ph is seeking a passionate and independent Client Support Associate to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, Philippines on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we require a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in client support or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding our products and services. 2. Assist clients in navigating our platform and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive customer satisfaction. 4. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products to existing clients. 5. Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Strong communication and negotiation skills. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Cooperative attitude and ability to work well in a team environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 6. Experience in the fintech industry is a plus.


Personality Traits: 1. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. 2. Independent and able to work autonomously.


Soft Skills: 1. Cooperation with colleagues and clients. 2. Strong negotiation skills to handle client inquiries and resolve conflicts.
