Job Description:
Cropital is seeking a Client Support Associate to join our team in Taguig, NCR, PH. This position is part-time and at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be resilient, motivated, possess strong presentation skills, and have experience in project management.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings. 2. Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner. 3. Work closely with the Client Support team to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 4. Assist in the development and implementation of client support strategies and processes. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address client needs and issues effectively. 6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback for analysis and reporting. 7. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to clients. 8. Contribute to the overall success of the team by completing assigned tasks and projects on time.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. 4+ years of experience in client support or a similar role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Excellent presentation skills and ability to present information in a clear and concise manner. 5. Proven experience in project management. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 8. Experience in the agriculture industry is a plus.
