Remote Client Support Associate

Job Description:

Puregold Price Club Inc. is seeking a Remote Client Support Associate to join our dynamic team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. This part-time position is perfect for entry-level professionals with at least 1 year of experience who possess a reliable and adaptable personality. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong cooperation skills and have the ability to effectively manage relationships with clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and live chat. 2. Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve client issues with patience and empathy. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of client concerns. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system. 6. Continuously strive to improve client satisfaction and retention rates. 7. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to clients. 8. Participate in training sessions and meetings as required.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred. 2. 1+ years of experience in customer service or client support roles. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 7. Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
