Client Support Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a Client Support Associate to join our team at AIDE Home Health Care in Makati, NCR, PH. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate should be resourceful, driven, and possess excellent strategic planning and project management skills.

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Manage client inquiries, concerns, and feedback effectively and efficiently - Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of services to clients - Assist in the development and implementation of client support strategies - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our database - Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to continuously improve client support processes - Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about company policies and procedures - Handle various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - 1 year of experience in a customer support or client-facing role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Resourceful and solution-oriented mindset - Driven and proactive work ethic - Strong strategic planning and project management skills
