Job Description:
We are seeking a Client Support Associate to join our team at Phoenix Petroleum Philippines. As a Client Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working remotely from home. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist clients with account and billing inquiries, product information, and troubleshooting. 3. Provide guidance and recommendations to clients on products and services based on their needs. 4. Ensure client satisfaction by resolving issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 6. Collaborate with other team members to provide a cohesive and positive client experience. 7. Continuously strive to improve customer service processes and procedures.
Requirements: 1. Energetic and hardworking personality to engage with clients effectively. 2. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to solve client problems efficiently. 3. Exceptional communication skills in English both verbal and written. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications. 6. High-speed internet connection and a suitable workspace to work from home.
