Client Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Storm Technologies is seeking a hardworking and dedicated Client Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Makati, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for individuals with a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat channels. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. 4. Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful solutions to client inquiries. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues. 6. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-up as needed. 7. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Client Support Manager.

Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Adaptability to changing priorities and client needs. 7. Research skills to effectively address client inquiries. 8. Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection.
