Client Support Associate - Work from home

Job description:

Stylist in Pocket Technologies is seeking a Client Support Associate to join our dynamic team. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate level role, we are looking for candidates with at least 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional support to our clients through various channels such as email, chat, and phone - Manage client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction - Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions - Assist with project management tasks as needed - Maintain detailed records of client interactions and feedback

Requirements: - Driven and motivated individual with a passion for helping others - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using customer support software and tools - Experience in project management is a plus
