Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Support Manager to join our team at Zalora Philippines in Makati. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of client support specialists to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Oversee the client support team and ensure that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and escalate as needed. 4. Monitor customer feedback and use data to identify areas for improvement in the client support process. 5. Train, mentor, and coach team members to help them reach their full potential. 6. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. 7. Analyze customer service metrics and KPIs to continuously improve the client support process.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in a client support or customer service role. 3. Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Resilient and driven personality traits. 7. Emotional intelligence and project management skills. 8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
