Job Description:
Solaire Resort & Casino is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Support Manager to join our team in Manila, Philippines. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the client support team and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead the client support team, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates. 3. Monitor client support metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Investigate and resolve customer complaints and escalations in a timely and professional manner. 6. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on client support performance. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven experience in a client support or customer service management role. 3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 4. Driven and resilient personality traits. 5. Excellent analysis and critical thinking skills. 6. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
