Job Description - Client Support Manager

Job Description:


As a Client Support Manager at ZipMatch, you will be responsible for managing a team of client support specialists to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Your primary role will be to oversee the day-to-day operations of the client support team, including monitoring performance metrics, resolving escalated customer issues, and providing guidance and support to team members.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of client support specialists, including hiring, training, and performance management. 2. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective customer support. 3. Monitor key performance metrics, such as response times and customer satisfaction scores, and make adjustments as needed. 4. Handle escalated customer issues and work to resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and product development, to address customer needs and improve the overall customer experience. 6. Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. 7. Develop and implement training programs to ensure that team members have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer support.


Requirements: 1. 5 years of experience in a customer support role, with at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management position. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Confident and passionate about providing excellent customer service. 4. Strong leadership and planning skills. 5. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. 6. Visa sponsorship available. 7. Medical coverage provided. 8. Paid overtime available.
