Job Description - Client Support Manager

Advance, a leading company in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH, is seeking a passionate and resilient Client Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in client support or customer service, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our valued clients.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer support. - Manage client inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner, resolving any problems that may arise. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and drive business growth. - Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall client experience and increase retention rates. - Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities - Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
