Job Description - Remote Client Support Manager

Job Description:


Jollibee Foods Corporation is seeking a Remote Client Support Manager to join our team located in Makati, NCR, PH. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in client support and management.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for remote clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and effectively - Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Collaborate with team members to provide solutions and resolve client issues - Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall client experience - Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on client interactions and satisfaction levels - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in client support


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in client support and management - Strong communication and decision-making skills - Resilient and independent personality traits - Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment - Familiarity with CRM software and other client support tools - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
